Vomiting-

NUX VOMICA USES IN LEUCORRHEA

Bad odor, white discharge, yellow spot on undergarments, with the pain of uterus, the odor is like rotten fish.

ROTTEN SMELL-

Everything that patient eats or drinks feels like something rotten is mixed with it , is the symptom of nux vomica patient.

DRY COUGH-

Heavy dry cough that makes pain in lower abdomen.

HEAT BODY OR FEVER-

Patient’s body is heat but don’t want to cloths off as he feel cold.

GASTRITIS-

Gastritis occurs every day after eating, bitter or sour taste through belch or burp.

COLIC –

There is gas stuck in Stomach that exerts pressure upwards in diaphragm resulting breathing problem ( all patient doesn’t have that much problem)

RENAL CALCULI – NUX VOMICA uses

If the pain starts from right kidney that reach down to feet with backache or lumbago Nux Vomica works very well. As there is many other medicines for the renal calculi but if this specific condition occurs or the symptom is found then nux vomica should be first priority.

JAUNDICE AFTER HAVING QUININE OR ALCOHOL-

If jaundice occurs after excessive quinine or alcohol intake, then NUXICA VOMICA is a good remedy.

LIVER DYSFUNCTION-

Liver is flattened, hard with pain, sometimes throbbing pain, that aggravates fever.

HAEMOPTYSIS-

Due to not completing sleep cycle or consuming etc if blood appears in urine then Nux Vomica is the great remedy.

HERNIA-

Umbilical hernia, strangulated hernia, Inguinal hernia, firstly nux vomica can be applied, if not controlled by it then other medicines like BELLEDONNA 6X, OPIUM , or other remedies can be applied, but with very strict precaution and under the observation Of MD/BHMS.

POTECNY AND DOSE OF HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE NUX VOMICA-NUX VOMICA uses

According to Dr. NC Ghosh, New students and practitioners are sometimes get confused about the dose and potency, In acute diseases low potencies are good like 3x, NUX VOMICA 6x, 30x but in Chronic or old diseases high power like NUX VOMICA 200, 1m, 1cm etc are preferable.
Dose- As per NC GHOSH and Hahnemann homoeopathic medicine should be low for better result, Globules of ,10, 15 or 30 size that absorbed the liquid medicine liquid properly – taking 3-4 globules directly on tongue

7-8 globules mixed with 2(two) ounce distilled water and two (2) tea spoon of that water can be taken with 4 hours interval or less as per need in acute diseases. But in Chronic Diseases after that 1- 2 dose patient and practitioners wait for 1-2 week. Selection of single Medicine as per the totality of symptoms is more preferable.
Medicine should be taken 1 hour before meal with fresh mouth. After taking medicine nothing can be eaten by the patient within 1 hour.
Precautions–
Homoeopathic medicine if taken you should avoid GARLIC, ONION, GINGER, SOUR OR CITRIC ACIDIC SUBSTANCES, CARBONATED SOFT DRINKS, for better result.
Aggravation – If any disease increases or aggravated after taking medicine, Don’t worry about that the selection is right and it will be cured with time, no further dose needed immediately. But make sure that the aggravation is done by the medicine given, practitioner should differentiate between the normal and medicine related aggravated conditions.
Aphorism 247 of 6^th Edition of Organon of Medicine says that – By shaking the liquid 10-15 times hardly before taking, the potency is altered slightly and the vital force will not show any aggravation by this method medicine continues healing without aggravation.
